Appointment Policy

A "no show" is when you miss an appointment without cancelling or rescheduling it at less than 12 hours before the start of your appointment.

For first-time clients, when there is a no show for the initial appointment, future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit.

For existing clients, when there are 2 no shows without proper notification, future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of the office exam fee. A third no show may result in the client being discharged from the practice.
