Dear Client,

As of July 1, 2026, we have updated our policy regarding prescription refills. We will no longer authorize refill requests received via fax, phone, or email from outside pharmacies.

This change is due to the high frequency of errors associated with these methods and limited staff availability. Please note that we are legally required to apply this policy consistently across all outside pharmacies.

We are happy to provide a written prescription for you to pick up, as an original signature is required. We will notify you via text or email as soon as your written prescription is ready.

Please note that compounded medications are exempt from this change and will still be called in to specialized compounding pharmacies.
